Playbooks that humans can run

A GrowthStrike playbook names triggers, owners, assets, KPIs, QA checklists and kill criteria. Playbooks exist for launch weeks, always-on search, retention months, win-back campaigns and partner co-marketing. They are living documents — versioned after each major experiment cycle — not PDF fossils.

Retention and expansion

Acquisition without retention is a treadmill. We design lifecycle journeys by job-to-be-done stage, not generic drip catalogs. Expansion programmes — upsell, cross-sell, seat growth — start from usage or milestone signals. Email and CRM remain core; push, WhatsApp Business and in-product nudges join when consent and brand fit allow. PDPA consent and preference centres are non-negotiable infrastructure.

We also counsel patience with channel fashion. New placements and formats arrive monthly; durable loops still run on message clarity, offer strength and operational discipline.

When not to scale

We will tell you when not to pour fuel. Signals include unstable instrumentation, creative debt, support strain, thin experiment samples and offers undergoing major change. Scaling during those conditions finances confusion. GrowthStrike would rather protect trust — and your UEN’s reputation — than invoice for reckless amplification.
